Maybe you bought a bunch of flour, sugar and cornstarch to make a fancy, snazzy dessert for some high-fashion Tabling. Maybe you decided to have a vegan potluck out in the quad. Maybe you wanted to just unwind and play Settlers of Catan with your executive board. Whatever it is (as long as it’s safe, legal, and contributes to your OFTWness), we support you. What can be reimbursed:

• Any food, drinks, or supplies you need, basically. As mentioned above, the only requirements are that they are safe, legal, and contribute to the OFTW pledge campaign.
• Examples: Food and drinks for kick-off, speaker, or social events, tabling, etc. Supplies for events (board game materials, cooking utensils, etc). Be creative!

How to get reimbursed:

• Submit the expense via our Expense Submission Form. Be sure to include a picture of the receipt.
• HQ does reimbursements every two weeks. Please reach out to your Chapter Manager with any questions.
